Bio
Coach Alfred brings a wealth of cheerleading experience and passion to Los Angeles Southwest College, where she began coaching in 2024. With a cheer career spanning from 2006 to 2021, she has performed and competed at various levels, including pop Warner, all-star, and sideline teams. Throughout her competitive years, she earned numerous victories in cheer competitions showcasing level 2 and 3 skills.
